All registered STOC Plant 2025 attendees are invited to submit a poster abstract. A poster is a visual presentation where materials in addition to the abstract, such as genetic maps, physical maps, photographs, graphs, and/or tables, are presented along with textual summaries of the material.

Submission Information
If you selected the option for submission of abstract and poster proposals during registration, you will receive an email informing you of the submission with guidelines. Please remain vigilant for the email notification. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Abstract Coordinators within 2-3 weeks after the submission deadline. Your abstract acceptance letter will be emailed to you once it is accepted.
Poster Specifications
The usable poster board presentation space is 90 cm wide by 120 cm high.

Young Scientist Forum Program
Young students and early-career scholars constitute a crucial force in future scientific research, and the conference offers a platform for them to share and exchange ideas. All registered young attendees of STOC Plant 2025 are invited to submit a poster abstract for review by the Organizing Committee, which will select up to 10 abstracts for presentation at the STOC Plant 2025 conference.
Selected young scientists will be invited to each give a 10-minute presentation at the Young Scientist Forum.
Eligibility & Registration Discount
Qualifications for submission should be young scholars or students.
Young scientists wishing to apply must be a registered attendee.
Poster topics must be within one of the poster abstract categories listed online.
Selected young scientists will receive two free standard tickets for their companions.

The organizing committee will inform the speakers chosen for the Young Scientist Forum in mid-October. Please stay vigilant for the email notification.
