The Wheat Spatial Omics Consortium (WSOC) is a global scientific initiative dedicated to decoding the mysteries of the wheat cell across space and time to

  • Scientific Cognition: To construct a spatially resolved, single-cell atlas of wheat across its life cycle, providing a foundational theoretical framework for precision breeding.
  • Technological Innovation: To establish the standardized spatiotemporal omics technical system for crops and build the world's largest wheat spatial omics database.
  • Social Benefit: To develop sustainable, climate-resilient, and high-yield wheat varieties via AI-driven molecular design and precision genome editing, ensuring stable global food supplies.
